Reflective Insulations (Reflective/Bubble) Concrete Slab Insulation Duct Wrap Insulation Duct Wrap Spacers Expansion Joint Pipe Wrap Insulation Radiant Barrier (Reflective/Scrim/Reflective) Tapes: Foil and White Poly Sill Sealer Special Order Products  Our reflective insulation is a safe, easy-to-use, thermal insulating material that provides cost effective, high efficiency performance for a wide range of applications. The Reflectix® Double Bubble product consists of two outer layers of a highly reflective material that reflects 96% of the radiant energy that strikes it's surface. This material is bonded to a tough layer of polyethylene for strength. Two inner layers of insulating bubbles resist conductive heat flow while a center layer of polyethylene give Reflectix® high reliability and strength. The Double Bubble product is recommended when the application calls for enhanced condensation control, greater strength and higher thermal qualities. This product consists of seven layers. The first layer of white poly is bonded to foil to protect from lime in curing concrete. Each outer layer is bonded to a tough layer of polyethylene for strength. Two inner layers of insulating bubbles resist conductive heat flow while a center layer of polyethylene gives Reflectix® high reliability and strength. It serves as the best means to join ends of Reflectix® product together because it ensures a continuous reflective surface. The use or ordinary adhesive tape or duct tape would create "windows" for radiant energy to pass through. --- Reflectix® White Poly Tape is recommended for taping the seams of our Reflectix® Masonry and Concrete Slab Insulation products.
